The best registry review product based on functionality was measured on additional functionality offered above the registry cleaner standard functionality.

All of the registry cleaners came with basic functionality, this included a registry scan, a registry repair and a backup utility. These came in different forms but essentially were all the same.

First position was given to Registry Easy. Apart from the standard functionality it included the following:
